What does no A-rated submissions mean? Is that just a nicer way of saying no porn or could something like too much gore in a horror story disqualify a submission?
Is the 13-minute cap the same as the 5-minute cap like last year where it's more of a suggestion or will submissions actually not be allowed if they are longer than 13 minutes?
Great questions! No A-Rated is mostly so that we can keep the final project M-Rated or lower, Its basically trying to rule out porn and stuff that might cross a line. The 13 minute cap this year is a hard rule, It doesn't have to be exactly cut off at 13 minutes (like if its 13:15 or something it won't disqualify you) but aiming for around that range is best.
